10.0Host molto gentile, grande disponibilità sia per il check in che per il check out. Il check in è fatto di persona ed è sempre bello sapere di avere un riferimento di una persona in zona per qualsiasi necessità o problema che dovesse sorgere. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, a due passi da Rialto ed a cinque minuti da San Marco. Vicino ci sono tutti i servizi che possono servire: supermercato, panettiere, anche mescita di vino. Per il pesce fresco c'è il mercato di Rialto. Se poi non si vuole mangiare in casa ci sono anche pizzerie, pizzerie al taglio, trattorie e bacari. In ogni caso c'è tutto quel che serve per arrangiarsi a prepararsi pranzo e cena comodamente a casa. L'appartamento è ben organizzato ed anche pulito e ben tenuto. A pranzo si vedono le gondole che passano davanti alla finestra. Noi è la seconda volta che torniamo per qualche giorno al Pink House proprio perchè ci siamo trovati bene ed ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

10.0Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour en famille dans cet appartement, l'emplacement est idéal, on peut tout faire à pied. La vue de l'appartement sur un canal est magique, on voit passer les gondoles du salon et juste devant l'appartement on peut se poser tranquillement pour profiter de la vue au calme en plein cœur de Venise. Nous avons pu échanger très facilement avec Sara, hôte au top ! La clim, très appreciable, appartement assez spacieux pour nous 4 et propre. Nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux pour des vacances en famille. C'était parfait 😀
