− There is no living room as such - just the dining/kitchen with a sort of sofa/bed. The TV is in the double bedroom. The decor is quite quirky but as expected from the photos.

Fijn appartement op een ristige doch centraal gelegen locatie
8.0Heerlijk om een eigen plek te hebben. Het huis was lekker cool. Prachtig hoge plafonds met balken constructie. De keuken was heel fijn, er waren al kruiden, olie en andere basis benodigdheden wat echt heel prettig was. Een fijne badkamer met bad en een wasmachine. Omdat het zo warm was, vond ik het heel fijn om mijn kleding even te kunnen spoelen met het 14 minuten was programma. Maar het allermooist vond ik alle kunst aan de wanden! Wat een prachtige collectie.
− Het pand is oud en daardoor zeer gehorig. De boven buren waren goed te horen als de tv aan stond of als ze een woorden wisseling met elkaar hadden. Ik vond het niet erg, ik woon zelf ook in een gehorig pand en ik weet dat er weinig aan te doen is, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het vervelend kan zijn.

7.0Die Lage ist extrem gut, ruhig und ganz in der Nähe der Vaporetto Station S. Basilio, sehr angenehmes Viertel
− Die Kücheneinrichtung war äußerst sparsam, da zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden war, musste man immer abwaschen und konnte die Spülmaschine nicht nutzen. Die Küche war nicht sehr sauber.Vor dem Gebrauch haben wir est alles abgewaschen
