− L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, con qualche finitura che mostra i segni del tempo (rubinetti, caloriferi, finestre...). Divano letto non comodissimo.

10.0Пречудова квартира, яка розташована в самому центрі Венеції, біля Гранд каналу, на тихій вуличці, де немає туристів і тихо! Зранку, прокидаєшся під дзвони сусіднього собору, замість будильника. Поруч зупинка вапарето, залізничний вокзал, супермаркет. В квартирі дуже чисто, є все необхідне, навіть пральна і посудомийна машина, велика ванна з гарним ремонтом. Зручне ліжко, велика кухня з усім посудом! Просто ідеальне місце для перебування у Венеції!
