10.0Ein sehr schönes authentisches Apartment, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig, absolut den Fotos entsprechend, Klimaanlage für uns besonders wertvoll. Super Kommunikation und persönlicher Empfang direkt vor Ort mit Einweisung, alles toll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!
Extreme Slow answer from the host, bad hospitality, they told me they refund me first night If I give a good review

− Staff was extremely slow to answer to our questions Even I paid previous night i was not able to check in at 10:30 am i had to wait 11:30 but they were late and come at 11:40 There is only 2 big towel for a stay of 4 night And 2 minuscule shampoo and body soap And despite it is rank as 4 stars location no extra towel no extra body soap They tried to buy a good review by refund the first night Edit : The Host answered that it is false claim, but for your information, I still have the mail as proof, and all exchange through the chat Booking.com that show the extreme slow answer from the host, and also the 10 min late from the day of check in and the fact I have paid the previous night and wanted to check in at 10:30 AM the next day

10.0Great place, spacious apartment, a very welcoming host. Windows to the channel with gondolas, so charming, but not noisy. Situated perfectly, in the very center. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. But 2nd floor, not hard to get up, but if you have heavy bags - careful.
