We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the apartment.
10.0The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and the AC was ideal for summer. The coffee machine takes nespresso pods and there were enough for our two day stay which was nice.

La habitación tiene una vista hermosa a un canal, donde se pueden ver pasar las góndolas, lo que hace que la experiencia en Venecia sea aún más especial. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía.”
− El único aspecto a tener en cuenta es que hay varias escaleras para llegar al departamento. Aunque se encuentra en un segundo piso, es necesario subir tres tramos de escaleras. Para nosotros no fue un inconveniente, pero las personas mayores o con movilidad reducida deberían considerarlo antes de reservar.
Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Venezia
10.0The apartment is beautiful. Stylish and well maintained, it's located conveniently near Rialto, but just out of the high traffic areas so you have peace and quiet while only being steps away from the action. It's a short walk to San Marco as well. I would absolutely stay here again when return to Venice!

Historical apartment in the heart of Venice
9.0Really beautiful apartment in a restored historic building. Excellent powerful air conditioning. Really helpful staff met us at the dock and showed us to the property, helped book our onward travel and came quickly when a power cut locked us out. The location is also ideal - 5 mins to Rialto, 10 mins to San Marco on foot.
− Only minor quibble was that the water rarely ran cold so had to buy bottled water to drink. Minor issue only.
