10.0Super Lage, absolut ruhig und dennoch nicht weit zu allen touristischen Highlights. Wirklich charmante Unterkunft, super sauber, bestens ausgestattet und zum Glück nur im 1. Stock. Entzückender kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof!

9.0Very comfortable apartment with an excellent location very close to a main vaperetto stop with direct access to the airport, main train station, Murano and Burano which runs until late. Beds are super comfortable with a small but very workable kitchen. Situated in a very safe area with a lot of restaurants nearby.
− Nothing except we weren't asked for the city tax until the night before we were due to leave which was inconvenient. I would have rather have got that but of administrative business out of the way first.
Quiet, comfortable, great location.
7.0Perfect location in a quiet area of Venice. Only a few minutes walk to the boats that leave for day trips to the islands, and five/ten minutes to local restaurants, shops, attractions etc. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having the balcony to eat breakfast on.
− On arrival the cleaner was still there and asked us to return in a couple of hours. This wasn't a problem for my friend and I who went out to explore the city, but worth noting.
