We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Venice!
8.0Property is in a perfect location, very quiet and safe. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us.
− The main bedroom has no air conditioning so we couldn’t sleep in there the entire stay, it was so hot in there. The utility/laundry room had an absolutely terrible odor and the washing machine either needs replaced or a tune up! The furniture was pretty dated and the living room/dining room furniture could use cleaning. There needs to be some curtains in the bathrooms.

1.0− Mi único día perdido en Venecia por su falta de profesionalidad. La contraseña de acceso fue incorrecta, no podíamos acceder al apartamento. No contestaban de ningún teléfono (solo aceptan llamadas del teléfono de la reserva). Horas después al llegar al apartamento NO hay indicaciones de donde está ubicada la puerta de acceso, tuvimos que subir y bajar cientos de escalones, intentando abrir puertas de vecinos y todo esto con personas mayores de vacaciones. Y todavía esperando a que nos ayuden a localizar el apartamento. Una vergüenza. He puesto reclamación y me la rechazan. He puesto la reclamación a través de Booking para que hagan algo con este tipo de locales que te pueden arruinar tú día en Venecia.

10.0We loved the old building, such a character. Our favourite spot in the house was the dinning in the living room.
− Nothing. We went to Venice to experience it the way locals would, hence the reason we rented place in older building.
Bis auf das schwierige einchecken und Schlüsselübergabe hat es soweit ganz gut gepasst.
3.0Die Entfernung vom Bahnhof betrug nur 400m. Die Größe des Appartments war in Ordnung . Auch die zentrale Lage zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten passte.
− Eine Wendeltreppe mit 75 Stufen um ins Appartment zu bekommen. Im Hof keine Hinweisschilder!!!! Wirklich durch die Dunkelheit im Hof schwer zu finden.
