Although the location was superb, the apartment was not up to the mark.
6.0Location is very good
− We were booked for 3 nights. After our first night, on the pretext that we were being upgraded, Maggie, on behalf of the host, shifted us to another apartment, which was not so good. It was much smaller. All amenities were not working. The housekeeper who helped us shift, left behind some small items and forgot to inform us and hand over to us the next day. The bulb above the washbasin was missing. The handle on the hand shower was broken. We had to ask for an iron board. The iron was kept in a drawer and we had to ask for it to be located.

8.0Very good location just step down to the main shopping area and restaurants. It included housekeeping too so that was nice.
− The hostess wasn’t responsive or easily accessible. The aircon in the master bedroom wasn’t working well and in 3 nights we stayed there nobody came to repair.

8.0La localización es increíble y la persona que nos atendió muy amable . La cama muy cómoda y grande .
− El baño necesitaba un extra de limpieza . El aire acondicionado para días de calor intenso no enfría suficiente . Aunque no cocinamos ,los muebles de la pequeña cocina están bastante estropeados . Como extra decir que no recomiendo el parking que te indican aunque sea más barato por un concierto con ellos . Dejé mi coche 4 días, se lo llevan a otro parking , no donde se deja , lo cogen varios empleados y me robaron el llavero de plata de gran valor sentimental y económico. Auténticos ladrones .

8.0Location was incredible for seeing the sights of Florence
− Quite basic, no extra comforts really except the bed that was comfortable and with good quality bed linen. Bathroom needs refurbishment and the kitchen needs updating. Noisy from building work and obviously noisy from being in the centre of a City but we expected that.

10.0Fabulous location - central (next to Duomo) but quiet at night, super clean, comfortable beds, beautiful building with the cutest antique elevator - every comfort you need!
