great apartment in a very central location.
8.0Working a/c units on extremely hot days! Easy to get to from main Biennale locations. Proximity to automated laundry.
− The noise in the morning from the construction crew next door. That should have been communicated ahead of time. Also, the power went off on the last day, which was very inconvenient (but I understand, not the property's fault). Internet was sometime spotty.

10.0La ubicación es muy buena y la calle es muy tranquila. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades que se podía esperar. Se accede muy fácilmente tanto a Rialto como a la Plaza San Marcos. La amabilidad de los propietarios supero nuestras expectativas.

Our third time in Venice, each one 6 years apart. Best accommodation by far! It ticked all the boxes
10.0Nello, the owner was away working but his son, Leo, travelled to meet us when we arrived in Venice from the airport. Everything was explained to us in detail, no stone was left unturned! Leo then took us to the property, went through all the facilities before catching a train to his own house.
− There was nothing not to like. That's it!!!
