10.0ich habe schon viele gute Unterkünfte (Hotelzimmer wie Ferienwohnungen) gehabt, manche habe ich hoch bewertet, weil das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmte dieses Mal kann ich nur ins Schwärmen kommen, wenn ich von dieser Wohnung berichte super gelegen, groß mit guter Raumaufteilung, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte sehr ruhig, auch die wenigen Nachbarn im Haus
Excellent stay in a spacious attractive older property in a quiet historic Venetian neighbourhood
9.0We liked the location in an old neighbourhood, quiet and facing a small square. Our apartment was excellent, spacious, cool and airy, well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. We felt welcome in what felt like being at home. We were met by Chiara, the pleasant and helpful host.
− Very little could be improved. However, it should be noticed that it is on the second floor, does not have a balcony and is quite a walk from the centre of Venice (although a waterbus stop about 5-10 minute walk away). These factors wouldn't put us off from visiting again.

10.0Gastgeberin Chiara war vor Ort, gut kommuniziert, sehr freundlich und alles bestens funktioniert. Eine wunderbare, große, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, viel Platz. Lage ist hervorragend im ruhigen Cannaregio, Vaporetto-Station San Alvise 3 Minuten entfernt, Conad-Lebensmittel 5 Minuten entfernt und ein paar Straßen weiter viele sehr gute Restaurants und Bars. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden!
