− The property itself was fine, but despite being promised multiple times that our forgotten items would be returned, no one ever followed up—even after at least ten calls—and our belongings were never recovered, reflecting extremely poor and unreliable customer service.

− No hay televisor en la habitación principal y el único que hay es súper pequeño en la sala.

9.0It was a great apt. Easy to access. We walked to the apt but there’s a team close by. Very communicative. It was very clean. The bathrooms were great. Really enjoyed it.
