Appartamento in posizione strategica, a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco, ma molto tranquillo. Le camere sono confortevoli, la cucina è veramente molto grande e spaziosa. I travi a vista sono un plus, come pure il prosecco e le ciabatte, sembrava di stare in Hotel. La persona che ha fatto il check-in con noi è stata davvero molto gentile, come pure la segreteria e il personale delle pulizie. Sarebbe stato bello poter soggiornare qualche giorno in più, speriamo di poter tornare.

The property was in a nice area however it is a long way from the train station, and the airport. You will have many bridges to cross/carry your luggage over.

− The place was very cold. We tried numerous times to get the heat to work, as well as the hot water with very little luck. The water would go from cold to warm with more cold than warm. You never got hot. We contacted them about the thermostat, nd the place being cold. The only answer we got was where the thermostat was which we already knew

The location is awesome. The staff is very friendly and supportive if anything is needed. The apartment is very spacious. In particular, we enjoyed the large kitchen.

− With more than 4 persons, someone needs to sleep on the couch in the living room. We knew this before, so it was ok. However, the living room is just separated by a curtain from the entrance and the couch was already a bit too soft.

The apartment was spacious and located very close to St. Mark’s Square, making it convenient to explore Venice on foot.

− There was no reliable hot water — the boiler constantly went into error mode and had to be reset several times, often still failing after a short while. The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t work, and the portable unit provided was also faulty. Because we had to leave windows open in the heat, we were constantly dealing with mosquitoes. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable.
