8.0Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Κοντά σε όλα! Το διαμέρισμα είναι καθαρό με όλες τις ανέσεις.
− Χρειάζεται φροντίδα η είσοδος και η περιοχή της σκάλας. Η πρώτη εικόνα δεν είναι καλή, αντίθετα το εσωτερικό του διαμερίσματος είναι πολύ καλό!

10.0Absolutely wonderful apartment for family. Beds were extremely comfortable, apartment actually had room to move around and location was perfect. Honestly the only downside is we couldn't stay longer!
− We had trouble getting access to the website for online checkin. Had to buy a phone plan to call a local number since we couldn't get any replies on booking.com.
Il y a sans doute mieux mais bien plus cher. C'est Venise..
8.0Emplacement idéal à mi-chemin entre le Rialto et la place Saint Marc. Commerces et restaurants nombreux à proximité. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied ou avec le vaporetto (lignes 1 et 2 à 5 mn). L'immeuble était propre et sans bruits intérieurs ou extérieurs.
− L'appartement était sombre surtout avec les moustiquaires en place sur les fenêtres. C'est sans doute commun à Venise dans ces ruelles. Appartement un peu défraichi. Les photos toujours panoramiques ne reflètent jamais l'espace réel mais celles proposées doivent dater !. Confortable si on n'y passe pas la journée.
