Den Luxus vom Namen der Unterkunft sucht man vergeblich.
5.0Die Lage in der Nähe des Markusplatzes ist gut und einfach zu finden. Auch die Beschreibung war gut.
− Es erfolgt seitens der Agentur keine Reaktion auf Anfragen per Email. Alles läuft in festen Schemata, telefonische Rückfragen laufen ins Leere, keine fixen Ansprechpartner. Das Haus hat mehrere Schlüsselsafes an der Fassade, da hilft nur ausprobieren. Die Nummer an der Wohnung stimmt nicht mit der Buchung überein. Im Bad fehlten sämtliche Abdeckungen für die Abflüsse. Regale und Konsolen hängen teilweise am seidene Faden. Den Fernseher haben wir als erstes auf den Fußboden gestellt, damit er keinesfalls abstürzt. Eine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage war defekt. Das Besteck der Vorgänger war ungespült noch in der Maschine- bei 90€ Endreinigung kann das anders sein.
