Mala experiencia con la propietaria

La ubicación y limpieza

− La propiedad nos avisa el mismo día q llegamos que al día siguiente vienen a desatascar el baño a las 7 de la mañana sin posibilidad de aplazarlo. Nos despiertan a las 6 20 de la mañana u la propietaria nos deja en compensación 20 euros en la mesa y casi ni nos deja hablar, ni nos escucha. Después queda un olor horrible en el apartamento. Nos hubiera gustado una advertencia previa y una actitud menos autoritaria.

The stay was excellent and the area was not far from the boat taxis once you knew the alleys.

− Carrying the luggage to the destination.

If I come back to Venice, I’ll probably look for somewhere else to stay.

Location was ok. It was out of the way of all of the foot traffic which was nice. Having a washing machine available was nice, although drying clothes was a bit of a pain.

− The apartment was quite warm during June. There is only 1 AC unit in the main room. There was a sign on it that said not to touch it. I messaged the owner about it and she just said we could turn it on. There was no way to adjust the temperature. I asked if there was a remote to turn the temperature down. She said there was no remote and that we just need to give the AC time to cool down. It ran constantly the entire first night but only got down to 26c (almost 79f). I contacted her again so she stopped by the next morning. She turned the AC down a bit and left a remote. It ran nonstop while we were there (3 nights), and the lowest it got was 23.5c (74.3f). The two bedrooms were even warmer. It was only in the low 80’s outside. WiFi was not good at all.

Καθαρό σπίτι,σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μακριά από τις ορδές του Αγίου Μάρκου. Για μένα που ήταν η τέταρτη φορά στη Βενετία μου άρεσε και ας μην ήμουν κοντά στο κέντρο. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και ξεκούραστο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια που μας υποδέχτηκε, πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα ξαναπήγαινα άνετα!!!!
