Stay away!!!!

Location was comfortable for the area we wanted to stay in.

− Awful! Stay away!! Everything is backed in the photos!! The apartment smells very bad. The walls are wet and swollen, broken. The apartment was very dirty. The beds were dirty! The mattress moved a little and under the bed was disgusting. AC in the bedroom is portable and doesn't work. The towels had terrible smell. The glass door of the shower was not in place and dangerous. There wasn't even hand soap- I had to take some shampoo that was there and put it into the hand soap that was empty. No mosquito nets in the window of the main bedroom which smelled the worst- and you could not open the window as out of the window was the entire neighborhood's trash. And the curtain didn't work so we had to close with metal doors out the window. Wifi did not work on the main bedroom. Where there was a mosquito net in the living room- it was like not having it as there was a huge gap. The door doesn't lock- just slam, does not feel secure. The owner was rude and wrote some unclear instructions about taking out the trash- I wrote several times I didn't understand and he did not respond. There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom, so I found trash bags and had bags open next to the toilet for 3 days. We did not use kitchen appliances but even if I starved I wouldn't! Super dirty. Many many anti-insect products in the apartment which lead to the conclusion that there is probably a lot of insects there, which is not surprising... We saw insects coming out of the floor. Very disappointing - we don't understand the rating!! Stay away!!

Ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla proprio accanto al canale, ma allo stesso tempo vicina a negozi, bar e servizi. La casa è spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Completamente attrezzata e ideale per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

− Purtroppo c'era molta umidità in tutta la casa. In diversi punti si erano staccati pezzi di vernice e di intonaco dalle pareti. La finestra della camera da letto si affacciava su un cortile interno da cui proveniva un forte e sgradevole odore, per cui era praticamente impossibile tenerla aperta e arieggiare la stanza. Sebbene fosse presente un deumidificatore, non era sufficiente a compensare il problema dell'umidità

Recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos, cocinar y descansar.

Departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado. 15/20 minutos caminando desde la estación central. Área muy tranquila y con supermercado a 5 min. Totalmente recomendable. Volvería :)

− El sillón cama puede no ser muy cómodo si eres sensible para dormir (no muy acolchado y duro). Si esto no es un problema, dormirás ok.

Location was good, nice and quiet

− Booked for 2 nights but the key wasnt left out for us. so we had to wait 5 hours after arriving for the host to find us other accommodation. We didnt get to the new accommodation until 9pm, and could only stay there for 1 night. Lucky for us the new accommodation was way nicer than this one. Lugging our bags over the other side of Venice with 2 kids was not easy.

The location in a little courtyard beside a small canal with gondolas drifting past was wonderful. It is close to several bars and restaurants and a short walk to a supermarket and vaporetto stops. Everything we needed was provided in the house.

− A small folding table and chairs to take out to the courtyard would be nice.
