1.0Nothing, actually I could not stay in the room due to moldy smell. We notified receptionist by phone and left property to stay at another place. Huge disappointment.

6.0Estuvimos en el departamento de la entrada. La ubicación y accesibilidad era muy buena. La atención en la recepción excelente. Buen desayuno. Muy completo
− -La humedad del lugar se sentía mucho. -El sillón/cama durísimo -Lo PEOR fue la ducha, primero no nos dejaron ni shampoo ni jabón en la ducha algo que uno espera como mínimo. El desagüe de la ducha NO FUNCIONABA, lo que implica que cada vez que te bañabas se tapaba enseguida y no solo eso sino que subían LOS BICHOS/GUSANOS de abajo. No había ningún tipo de dispositivo para destapar eso pero tampoco nos contestaban los mensajes, el segundo día le dijimos a la recepcionista y muy amablemente nos dijo que eso SIEMPRE ERA ASÍ. Un problema general que al parece a nadie le importa. Tuvimos que tomar cada ducha apagándolo cada minuto esperando a que baje el agua y seguir con el proceso porque no había caso.

7.0The apartment was spacious and airy, clean and comfortable. The location was within in reach of the main bus/train station and vaporetta service nearby
− It was described as ‘garden view’ but that just meant greenery outside a window.
It was a nice place to return to following a full day of exploring Venice.
7.0Breakfast was great. It was primarily quiet.
− Soap was not provided in the shower. There was only one chair for two rooms (not including the kitchen).
