9.0The location and the size of the apartment. It was huge. Very comfortable. Would stay there again. They kindly let us leave our cases in the hall for the morning.
− There was a slight smell in one of the bathrooms. Would be better to send the lockbox number in advance (minor issue)

10.0Ubytování bylo velice prostorné a velice dobře vybavené. Oceňujeme umístění ubytování, vše je dobře dostupné (letiště, městská doprava i památky). Komunikace s majitelkou byla perfektní, na všechny otázky odpověděla okamžitě. Děti byly nadšené. Moc děkujeme a opravdu doporučujeme!!!

10.0A lot of privacy , house was quite spacious, with plenty of room and fully equipped with all ammenities. The house was clean , the check-in instructions were clear and Monica was helpfull and kind.
− The garbage disposal scheme in Venice can be a little tricky if you are not familiar (as you have to do it by yourself in this house) and it would be nice if there was a space where guests could store the garbage in short atays (below 3 days) without the need to do it by themselves.
