Super quiet, spatious apartment full of light. Will come again.
10.0Great communication with the manager, even as our arrival plans changed due to traffic, she was very professional and flexible given our situation. The equipment of the apartment was perfects. Beds among the most comfortable we experienced across multiple different accommodations in Venice, perfect cleanliness. The apartment was very light, esp. for Venice. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it's 13 minute walk to Rialto and 5 minute walk to Fondamente Nove.
− The air conditioning was a bit loud but not a big deal. The manager offered to send us a technician (very positive) which we didn't need, as it was not a hot weekend.

9.0Sehr schöne Lage und sehr netter Service. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr angenehm wenn auch nur im ersten OG. Die Wohnung ist wirklich praktisch und der Balkon macht die Mahlzeiten nochmal besser.
− Es gab Dinge wie Balkonmöbel oder Schranktüren die repariert werden müssen.
Skvělý a dokonale čistý apartmán v centru města
10.0Vynikající lokalita apartmánu, který byl velmi čistý, útulný. Ocenili jsem i venkovní terasu k posezení. V okolí apartmánu je neuvěřitelný klid, ačkoliv se náchází v centru města. Skvělá komunikace se zástupci apartmánu.
