Perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Venice
10.0Lovely little modern apartment in a great location - not too crowded but with very good bars and restaurants a minute away. The bed was very comfy and great to have a coffee machine and courtyard to sit outside

9.0Petit appart pour 2 pers, idéalement situé. Quartier super, en dehors de la foule. Appart au RDC, dans une petite ruelle, à 30 m d'une superette, restau et bars sympas tout proche mais suffisamment éloignés pour éviter le bruit; Très propre, bonne literie, sympathique petite terrasse. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner si vs le souhaitez (huile d'olive, vinaigre, sel, poivre à disposition ainsi que café, thé et biscuits. Serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, savon, shampoing fournis. Le proprio assez flexible sur les horaires.

8.0The neibourhood was perfect. The patio is very nice and quiet. Kitchenette is very useful as the restaurant are pricey in Venice.
− There was only a single bed sheet on the bed. I would've appreciated additional bedding for comfort when required.
Prime location & immaculate space
10.0Amazing location right on a busy, gorgeous street with lots to enjoy. Facilities were great but didn't even make the most of them! The courtyard and kitchen are immaculate. It's quiet inside despite the location, and room is up a set of stairs so probably less prone to flooding
− Room was expensive but so is everything around there! Good value for money
All in all it was perfect.
9.0Everything was tidy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside area aswell. The apartment is located at a great spot from where you can reach many cool places, groceries and actv‘s. The host is very friendly and welcoming.
− There was no towel(s) in the kitchen to dry the wet dishes after washing. Maybe that would be good to know beforehand so you can bring your own :)
