Very nice and spacious apartment for a family stay. Air conditioner in the apartment. Stylish apartment in the heart of Venice. Our host met us at waterbus stop, it was very convenient to reach the apartment. The apartment was clean, beds are comfy.

− There is kitchen, but some thing are missing if you want to cook (eg knige for cutting, scissors). And now paper towels in the kitchen.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Venice with easy access to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. A special thanks to Kristina, who was an exceptional host. She took the time to explain the must-visit attractions, shared hidden gems, recommended authentic local restaurants, and gave us insider tips that made our trip even more memorable. Her hospitality and local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Venice. A perfect location, an amazing host, and an unforgettable stay!

− THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. They absolutely do not care about the guest. They literally left us stranded on the streets in Venice WITHOUT RESPONDING TO OUR MESSAGES OR CALLS after having booked and paid for two nights. To this day they still do not respond to our messages and continue refusing to refund the money for accommodation that we never even set foot in. We had been informing them for two months that we would arrive around 00:00 at night. During all that time they confirmed that late check-in was possible with a €50 supplement and even told us the meeting point for the key handover. On the day of arrival, we sent a message asking, in a completely polite manner, whether there was any alternative to that supplement. At no point did we refuse to pay it. We have the messages and anyone can check them. In fact, we clearly stated that we respected their conditions. Their response was to stop replying to us. They did not answer calls, they did not answer messages and they gave us no solution. We had to find another accommodation urgently on our own. The most unbelievable part is that they also did not inform us that we would not be able to access the second night, which was also paid for. We went there anyway because nobody had told us otherwise and, once again, there was nobody, they did not answer the phone and we received no explanation whatsoever. The only version they later gave was through Booking, claiming that we had refused to pay the €50. That is simply false and the messages prove it. All we did was ask whether there was any alternative. As a consequence of their complete lack of professionalism and communication, we had to spend hundreds of euros on additional accommodation while they disappeared and left us with no help at all. If you value your peace of mind while travelling, avoid this accommodation.
