9.0Appartamento molto grande con ottima posizione, consigliatissimo per la Biennale, ma comodo per raggiungere anche le altre mete turistiche della città. Quartiere splendido, con molti servizi, si respira la vera Venezia e si trovano molte trattorie nei dintorni con prezzi ragionevoli dato il luogo.
− Non ci sono elementi che sono stati di particolare disturbo o mancanze particolari sulle dotazioni della casa, eravamo 4 uomini giovani senza particolari necessità, in piena estate. Al massimo se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo, la pulizia potrebbe essere fatta meglio ma non era comunque sporco, era pulito abbastanza.

− L'ingresso dello stabile molto sporco e in pessime condizioni, uno dei due bagni eccessivamente stretto e privo di appoggi per asciugamani e borsa da toilette, letti scomodi e con la struttura in legno particolarmente rumorosa, porta del bagno scorrevole che rimaneva spalancata

− Price and the fact that the Communal area smelt of rotting rat (thank goodness not apartment) and host could not to do anything
Un très beau séjour avec un logement pratique dans petite maison calme et super bien située.
8.0Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement, légèrement décentré du centre et en même temps avec toutes les commodités en bas de la rue (pharmacie, supérette, cafés, restaurants, appareil pour retrait d'argent, petits magasins divers, etc.... La maison dans laquelle l'appartement se trouve est calme et on s'y sentait très bien.
− La remontée d'odeurs dans les salles de bain. L'entrée de la maison étonne au premier abord et une fois qu'on a ouvert la porte de l'appartement on a été rassurés et on s'y sentait très bien.
