9.0Apartamento completo, desde máquina de lavar roupa até uma cozinha completa de utensílios para quem que fazer as refeições no ap. Extremamente perto da estação de trem, o que facilita na chegada e na saída com as malas! O anfitrião muito atencioso, sempre nos respondendo.

6.0Die Lage zum Bahnhof sehr gut. Das Appartement ansprechend
− Das Haus zu finden, war nicht einfach (ein Mehrfamilienhaus ohne besonderen Hinweis). Der Übergabe-Treffpunkt (am späten Abend zuvor bekannt gegeben) befand sich laut GoogleMaps 14 Gehminuten entfernt (was sich dann als falsch herausstellte). Telefonische Verständigung war mehrfach nötig. Als wir nach 1 Stunde schließlich das App betraten, wurde noch geputzt und von der Reinigungskraft Trinkwasser in ihre Tasche gepackt: also nicht vorgesehen, auch kein Kaffee oder Tee. Teilweise reparaturbedürftig. An der 1cm unmarkierten Schwelle zum Badezimmer hat sich meine Frau am Zeh verletzt. Die Beschreibung ist sehr geschönt: Ausblick: gegenüberliegende Dächer, Sehenswürdigkeit: Die Spitze eines Kirchturms, Wasserkocher nicht vorhanden ... Wir sollten noch eine Tourismuspauschale bezahlen, obwohl bei der Buchung bereits berücksichtigt. Sonst aber war alles soweit ok.

8.0El apartamento estaba literalmente a 3 minutos de la estación de trenes de Santa Lucía, para el que venga con mucho equipaje es perfecto, estaba súper limpio y bien equipado con utensilios para cocinar y tiene un elevador muy pequeño pero funcional . Súper céntrico , rodeado de negocios, mercados, ideal para caminar por todo Venecia. El muchacho que nos atendió nos permitió dejar el equipaje hasta que el apartamento estuvo listo, nos atendió muy bien fue muy amable.
− Esta es una crítica constructiva con la intención de hacer mejoras para los clientes. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que había mucho calor en el cuarto, fuimos en junio y solo tiene un aire acondicionado en la sala comedor, les sugiero poner otro aire acondicionado pequeño en el cuarto o un ventilador. Pero por lo demás todo está muy bien

10.0It is well located. Once you arrive in Venice by public transportation is around 8 minutes walk. The apartment has all the essentials, kitchen, laundry machine, air conditioner, etc. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. From there you can walk to Saint Marco in 30 minutes and pass through at many restaurants and boutiques.
