Espléndida estancia en Venecia
7.0Excelente ubicación. A unos pasos de la plaza de San Marcos. Muy cerca de la estación del vaporetto. Restaurantes, tiendas, todo a la mano. El tamaño también es genial. Dos muy buenos cuartos, dos baños completos. Un buen espacio social.
− El aire acondicionado no funciona, en el calor del verano de Venecia eso es un gran problema. El mecanismo de pared para el desagüe de los baños está roto y se cae todo el tiempo. De resto todo está bien.

2.0Location was perfect.
− There is no air conditioning in the apartment, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, outdated and uneven. Each of us was covered with red bug bites - I hope not bedbugs - which were still visible a week later. The area under the sofa bed was full of dust bunnies- we dropped something there. The location was great though.

Shortcut stay in the worst place for a family to stay in Venice!
4.0Nothing, only location is good!
− Everything, from the beginning when we struggled to check in due to miss guidance on the location and no assistance provided rather than a WhatsApp massaged guidance ! to after two hours of the check in when we decided to leave the property due to: 1. unclean property. 2. No AC was working properly. 3. Place is full of mosquitoes and my kids got several bites in just two hours. 4. Pictures on booking doesn't match the reality. 5. It is 100% not the best place for a family with small kids to stay in Venice! When, i requested a cancellation for my stay and offered to deduct the 1-2 night stays, so they can rent it to someone else, my request got rejected with full deduction of the cancellation fees (which is the policy and i respect it when the pictures and description on booking meets the expectations, otherwise i don't think they deserved to deduct the whole cancellation fees from us). Overall, the worst option available on booking could be for family stay!
