We had a lovly stay ,Michela was always on hand to help and adivise the host . My only negative was there was a good few

Truly disappointed by access, comfort, noise and smell. Michela the owner is very kind and helpful !
4.0− Comfort inside and Access Staircase very dangerous to Access the bed and extremely difficult to persons of more than 45/50 years Chairs extremely uncomfortable No place to open suitcases EXTREMELY DIFFICULT ACCESS WITH VERY POOR LIGHTING my wife fell in the very used steps of the staircase and seriously hurt herself due to lack of renovation. Electricity cables visible and accessible very dangerous. No lighting in the staircase of the building. The fish market immediately underneath smells rotten fish all day and night long and the noise due to the fishermen coming at 5:30/6 to set up their booths to sell the fish is extremely noisy you can’t leave the windows open during the night. This apartment isn’t properly noted function of safety, access, smell and extremely noisy location
Fabulous stay in this unique and very cool loft!
10.0Fabulous location and view of the grand canal, just above the daily outdoor fish and vegetable market, around the corner from the vaporetto station, and a short stroll to all the attractions and restaurants. Michela and Giovani were so nice and helpful, this genuine Venezia apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.

10.0Perfectly furnished, excellent view, great bed on the second (half) floor inside the room. Incredibly clean! Michela & Giovanni have also been incredibly wonderful hosts to us.
