− Le bruit des toilettes car elle coulait en continu. La porte principale de l immeuble était très bruyante.
Great location, very helpful host and cozy place.
9.0The location was great and had easy access to good restaurants. Very close for the ferry station to Murano/Burano. Host was great and gave us good tips for sight seeing.
− It would be helpful if the AC could be cooler but it fairly comfortable.

10.0Location is perfect – it's in the quiet part of northern Venice, and I like this area. Very close to the northern promenade for a beautiful pre-breakfast walk. There are a few very nice restaurants nearby. The host is very friendly and briefly told us about the key points of Venice, which was useful. Also, he was extremely helpful with luggage storage after we left, so we are very thankful for that as well! I like that there are two rooms, enough space, a big bathroom, and a cosy balcony for dinner. I am very happy with this choice.
