− Demasiado impersonal la comunicación con la empresa propietaria y el día del check-in problema con el acceso. Agradecer que nos dejaron entrar antes de las 16 horas.
Great location to train station but unfortunately no lift
8.0Location was close to the railway station which was good for us and not too far walk into Florence centre. Like others have said the stairs could be an issue for some people but we were fine as we only had carry on cases. The apartment is bright and airy.
− Just the low ceiling in the upstairs room both me and my daughter banged our head as it’s very low. The dishwasher hasn’t been cleaned of dirty crockery from the previous tenants

10.0It was so good to have a washing machine so we could catch up on laundry and they even provided the washing detergent! The place is super clean and well maintained. 24 hr check in is great! The facilities and amenities are amazing and well thought out! The location is literally between the station and all the stunning tourist sites and shops. Perfectly appointed for both directions! We will be back! Thank you for a great stay in Florence!

− Solo voy a poner una pega y es que si te molesta la luz para dormir tiene un tragaluz que en cuanto amanece te desvela.

− I thought it could use an extra pillow and blanket for the upstairs couch. A couple small wash cloths would also be nice.

− La ducha saltaba siempre de la manguera a la ducha, no estaba bien. Y aviso a los demás es un 5 sin ascensor.
