10.0A beautiful apartment designed with care and attention. Nice terrace off the kitchen to drink coffee and eat outside. Comfortable bed, lots of storage space. Great sofa and a cute TV that is a mirror. The communication with Maria Vittoria and her representative Cristina was excellent from start to finish 👏 The location of the apartment is excellent near to the Academia bridge across the Grand canal. Easy access to two vaperetto stops and the boat to and from the airport.
− The stairs, as there is no lift. OK for ordinary journeys but difficult with heavy luggage 🧳

10.0Lovely apartment to stay in Venice. It's in a very convenient location, right in the middle of the island, so everything is near. I love a little terrace with a table, it was great for my breakfast with the view. The venetian style of the apartment made me feel the atmosphere of Venice every minute. Cristina made my check in very easy, thank you, very much! I will definitely be happy to stay in this apartment again!

Comfortable roomy apartment
10.0We liked that it was spacious in a good location. And the outside terrace was a nice addition. Also the guy in the barbershop next door was really kind and let us use his phone to contact the manager when our phone service stopped working.

Exceptional
10.0The apartment's position at Campo San Maurizio and its beautiful interior design attracted our attention when choosing our stay. We were not disappointed in any way. It exceeded our expectations: it was incredibly elegant, well equipped and the views were exquisite. We were lucky with the weather, the week was sunny and hot and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace listening to the music from a nearby Conservatorio. Our contact with the host was excellent from the start to the end.

10.0What an awesome place! Flat was quintessentially Venetian in vibe - specious, beautifully furnished and in convenient location. Particularly loved the balcony!
