9.0Emplacement exceptionnel Terrasse immense Climatisation
− Personne ne vient pour la réception des clefs comme indiqué, tout se passe par WhatsApp.nous avons attendu 20ms a essayé de les joindre. Arrivé le ménage n était pas terminé (15h20 arrivée prévue 15h) de nouveau 20 mns d attente. Le frigo ferme mal du coup a notre arrivée décongelé et pas froid (30 degrés). La hotte ne fonctionne pas, plusieurs lampes non plus. Et le plus énervant le canon de la porte hyper récalcitrant a ouvrir... soucis pourtant connu puisque on vous le dit dans WhatsApp

5.0Die Lage war wirklich toll! Nur der Zugang befand sich in einem finsteren, heruntergekommenen Hinterhof, die Terrasse ist toll, auch wenn die Aussicht nur gegen Dächer geht..
− Der Kühlschrank geht nur mit einem Tritt zu, Deckenbeleuchtung fehlen, es gibt nur ein oder zwei kleine Nachttischlampen. Die Fenster und Schlagläden sind teilweise kaputt und lassen sich nicht schließen, das Apartment ist völlig zugestellt und zugehangen mit Bildern und persönlichen Utensilien und sehr dunkel, ganz anders als auf den Fotos. Das Geschirr müsste mal aufgeräumt und gespült werden, zwei unterschiedliche Gläser sind zu wenig.. die Dusche wurde aber auf unsere Nachricht sofort repariert ;-)

8.0− A szobában túl sok a személyes tárgy. A nappaliban lévő ágy nem kényelmes, elhajlott a váza.
Tolle Lage, aber leider völlig runtergekommen.
2.0Das einzig positive war die zentrale Lage.
− Absolut unterirdischer Pflegezustand. Alles ist schmutzig oder ungepflegt. Niemals auf den dreckigen Sessel setzen! Es könnte sehr gut sein… Ist es aber nicht! Hier sollte der Besitzer über das Personal nachdenken. Beim auschecken unfreundliches aggressives Personal angetroffen.
