8.0Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Vermieterin sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bis auf die Fenster.
− Die Couch ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten waren für mich nicht bequem. Für die Teenager die dabei waren hat das Bett gut gepasst. Die Terassentür klemmt.

7.0Localização boa, perto da estação de trem e da principal área turística. Bom espaço, dois banheiros é muito bom para dinâmica familiar. Local, calmo e seguro.
− É preciso entender que a relação custo-benefício na cidade de Veneza está deturpado há muito tempo, de forma geral qualquer serviço em Veneza é caro e oferece menos qualidade que o resto da Itália. De qualquer maneira, entendo q alguns itens precisam de atenção. Porta do terraço está quebrada, comprometendo o acesso a esta área, faltam alguns itens de cozinha. O chuveiro de baixo seria bom um suporte e cortina na banheira, isso causa uma bagunça evitável na hora do banho. São itens fáceis de resolver, de forma geral não comprometem a experiência.

9.0We had a great stay at this apartment in Venice and would highly recommend it. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the train station, which made arriving and getting around much easier. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. It was also very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again in the future.
