Muy buena ubicación
8.0La ubicación del apartamento y su amplitud cumplieron todas nuestras expectativas (éramos 4 personas). Tiene de todo.
− El edificio tiene ascensor pero el acceso a su calle se hace mediante una escalera corta, lo que se puede convertir en un inconveniente de accesibilidad (yo tengo ortesis de rodilla, me supuso un pequeño esfuerzo)
Wohnung in zentraler Lage
7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann viele Ziele in der Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen und auch die Metrostation als auch der Bahnhof sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und der Check in verläuft reibungslos. Außerdem waren die angetroffen Putzkräfte sehr freundlich. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Fahrstuhl mit dem jede Wohnung zu erreichen ist. Dadurch, dass sich die Wohnung in der Nebenstraße befindet sind auch kaum Außengeräusche wahrzunehmen. (Wir waren in der 3.Etage).
− Die Dusche im Badezimmer riecht modrig und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens ist verstopft, wodurch das Wasser nur sehr langsam abläuft. Außerdem fehlt im Bad noch eine Ablage für Kosmetiktaschen beziehungsweise richtige Handtuchhalter. Man hört die Schritte aus der oberen Nachbarwohnung ab und zu, was aber für uns noch vollkommen im Rahmen war.

9.0Muy céntrico y cómodo. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Como en las fotos. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Estuvimos muy bien.
− Las escaleras incómodas y el ascensor lento. Los suelos de tarima de madera crujían y se escucha cada paso de los vecinos de arriba. El baño un poco pequeño con poco espacio para dejar las cosas, aprovechamos una silla bajo la caldera para dejar las cosas. Eché de menos un espejo de cuerpo entero.

10.0Check in and out was so easy, the team provided us with all required info. Very clean and anything we needed was there. Very calm at night and close to a lot of attractions. The WiFi was very good. We loved our stay there
