− Llegamos dentro del horario establecido y no estaba hecha la limpieza, la ropa de cama y toallas en el piso y sucio. Llamamos y tuvimos que esperar 2 horas hasta que acondicionarán el departamento. Nos prometieron un reembolso por el incumplimiento y no lo realizaron.

− Nous avons été très déçu de ce logement, par quoi commencer car il y'a beaucoup à dire: le logement est très petit et clairement à 4 on se marche dessus, a notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de papier toilette, dans la douche trace de moisissures sur les joints, le pommeau de douche ne tient quasiment pas, pas de pression non plus. Des tâches sur les matelas.Dans l a cuisine, le congélateur inutilisable car totalement congelé, machine a café ne fonctionne pas. Moisissures sur les couverts. A éviter.
