9.0We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a great visit. It was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable, and it felt like excellent value for money. The location was also convenient for exploring the city, while still providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the accommodation. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Lisbon, and we would happily recommend it to other travellers looking for comfortable, well-priced accommodation.

9.0Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine). Am besten fanden wir den Außenbereich. Es war sehr schön und bequem, dort zu frühstücken oder abendzuessen. Die Lage ist super. Mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn kommt man sehr gut in die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ca. eine halbe Stunde. Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Schlüssel lagen im Schlüsselsafe bereit.
− Etwas gestört hat uns tatsächlich der etwas eigenartige Geruch (evtl. Insektenvernichtungsmittel?) und es war immer etwas feucht in der Wohnung. Wir haben dann einfach immer gelüftet, dann war das kein Problem.

− Vor einigen Wochen gab es eine Rezension bei der über Bettwanzen in dieser Wohnung berichtet wurde. Wir haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert und keine Antwort darauf bekommen. Wir haben gefragt, ob es möglich ist, kostenlos zu stornieren, weil wirr uns unwohl fühlen und ich allergisch auf Bettwanzen reagiere. Natürlich nur, wenn sich in der Zeit für die Unterkunft andere Gäste finden lassen. Das wurde kommentarlos verweigert. Wir wollten keine kostenlose Stornierung, sondern hatten nur den Wunsch, dass der Gastgeber versucht, die Wohnung an andere Gäste zu vermieten. Die Kommunikation war miserabel (es gab keine) , auch der Versuch über booking.com eine Lösung zu finden ist gescheitert. Wir haben uns vor Ort die Wohnung angeschaut und haben nicht dort übernachtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und hat einen modrigen Geruch. Wir haben nicht wohl gefühlt. Am Ende haben wir eine andere Wohnung genommen und sind lieber auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben.
