9.0The apartment is extremely spacious! Lovely place. Great working piano. Cosy home.
− Check out says until 12noon, I was informed to leave at 11am. Not a major issue. The balcony was closed off. This is the main reason why I booked the apartment.

− As portas da varanda poderiam estar abertas, a senhoria disse-me que iria tentar trazer a chave para a abrir porém não me contactou de volta para esse efeito

6.0El apartamento es amplio, y está ubicado en la zona que queríamos
− El apartamento necesita algo de mantenimiento (tapa WC suelta, la ducha se embozaba, almohadas bastante incómodas). No tiene persianas, que en nuestro caso con niños que se despiertan con el primer rayo de luz, fue un poco incómodo. Sí tiene cortinas opacas pero entraba la luz igual. Si hay ola de calor como fue nuestro caso, al no tener aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, dormimos con mucho calor. Por esto me parece que la relación calidad-precio no es óptima.
