The location of the apartment is just perfect. Less than 5 minutes to downtown Lisbon. A fabulous view to the castle and down to the Atlantic Ocean! We were extremely grateful for the air-con during some very hot days and nights.

− The dialogue with the host was excellent, although there was some confusion between arriving on foot and parking for our car. The address for pedestrians, was quite different for the carpark, and it took a little time to be sent the correct garage address. We also had an issue with the shower door, and hot water, but this was remedied very quickly. I think it would be advantageous to be clear about the number of stairs to reach the apartment, and also the fact, the third bedroom is up a spiral stair case.

Buenas ubicación y muy amable el anfitrión.

− Se tienen que subir muchas escaleras para llegar al apartamento, algo pesado si llevas muchas maletas. Y complicado porque solo tiene un baño.

The apartment is ideally located, beautifully decorated and very well equipped.

The apartment is a good size for our family of 5, had wonderful views across the city. Met by a very friendly and helpful chap who not only gave us the keys, explained the benefits for each of the property entry methods but also sent us a list of recommended shops, bars, restaurants etc.

− Communication prior to arrival, specifically about arrival time was confusing. Due to our relatively early flight arrival time, we enquired as to the possibility of an earlier check in to be told that this would incur fees. However when we landed in Lisbon and contacted the agreed agent, they said it would be extremely helpful for them to meet a little earlier. All in all it worked out. One element that might have been an issue, if we hadn’t noticed it soon after arrival, is that it would appear that the property had neither been used nor had any heating for a number of weeks as the bed sheets, specifically upstairs were rather cold and damp. Thankfully by finding this in good time we were able to remedy it before the children went to bed. Hangers and hooks for coats etc though are a bit on short supply.

地方寬敞 服務親切 地點方便（位在里斯本最熱鬧之處 但每天爬坡太累）環境清幽

− 地處斜坡最高處 每天爬斜坡都懷疑人生（我們全是年輕人+運動員） 我看在地人爬坡中途也需停下來1次才能爬完 因為四周綠意盎然 小蟲子一堆、屋內也會飛進來一些蒼蠅 最不能接受的是廁所無論噴多少香水、開窗一整日 難聞的廁所味總是揮之不去（是水道問題嗎？）

Comfortable apartment with a great view from a tiny balcony in a city that's really interesting!

Location is fabulous (although as with all addresses in Lisbon, a bit confusing to find - but quickly our host sent us a pin on maps and all was well). The air conditioning worked very well in all bedrooms and the living room/dining room (one remote for all the main floor ones but they can be set to different temperatures, also great). The beds are pretty comfortable and the electronic blackout blinds do great work in the two main floor bedrooms (there's a little more light upstairs). The bathroom/shower is both clean and nice. Washing machine works great (settings 6 and 7 convert it to a dryer, but there's also drying racks). The coffee pods available for the morning were wonderful to have!

− Overall it's a great place, no major concerns at all. We would recommend to the host having salt and pepper available (we bought some and so left it there, hopefully it stays!). A little oil in the cupboard to cook breakfast with would be nice too.
