The apartment’s location is excellent. Everything is within easy walking distance, and if you’re looking for breakfast in the morning, you’ll find several great cafés and bakeries just around the corner. The view from the small balcony is beautiful, especially with the French doors wide open. Although the apartment is right in the city centre, traffic noise is barely noticeable. The air conditioning is also a very welcome bonus, especially on warmer days. The apartment itself is fairly simple and functional rather than luxurious, but it has everything you need for a city break, where you’ll likely spend most of your time exploring anyway.

− We didn’t use the kitchen apart from the refrigerator, so we can’t comment on its facilities. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage should be prepared to carry it upstairs. If you’re looking for a high-end or particularly stylish apartment, this may not be the right choice.

Nice apartment. Great views. We found everything what we needed.

− The building has no elevator, so traveling with big suitcases can be a little challenge.

Location great for a first time visit , booked a taxi through bookings.com which was cheap and efficient book early as prices go up !! Walked everywhere we want to visit. Recommend the little Tapas restaurant down the hill in square and the pizza restaurant left down the hill from there. Apartment spacious, no lift , but the views make up for it , keeps you fit walking up and down 😀 Do a TukTuk tour , it’s around 25€ each for 1.5 hours , we chose where we fancied going and do a roof top bar for food and or drinks. Ours was with a guy called Bruno he was outside the cathedral on the steps , just started chatting to him, excellent English too and allowed us to customise our tour. Breakfast/ brunch at Dear Breakfast in Alfama is a great find book though it get so busy

Die Lage ist perfekt. Und der Ausblick ein Traum. Es war im Juni angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Trotz regem Trubel um uns rum war es dank der guten Fenster nachts sehr ruhig. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Leider teilweise ein bisschen Schimmel am Fenster und im Bad, aber die Wohnung ist halt einfach ein Altbau, uns hat's in den paar Tagen nicht gestört. Und es gibt leider keinen Abzug über dem Kochfeld, dafür aber ein großes Fenster

Beautiful apartment. View is outstanding. Apartment is vert spacious and well decorated.

− There are a few stairs, but quite manageable.

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber, Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
