Needs upgrade and cleaning - service is poor

Location is good but the facilities need a major upgrade. Neighbours smoke over night and windows/doors let the smoke seep through. The noise at night and condition of the property did not leave us satisfied. We contracted the owner and didn’t get much sympathy or action as he said there is nothing he can do with the neighbours. Bathroom felt too hot and no cleaning is provided during our stay over a week. We had to ask for simple things like shampoo and dishwashing soap but as it wasn’t provided first three days, we had to insist on it and bought some ourselves in the meantime. So if we didn’t need many bed options, we wouldn’t have chosen this place and it wasn’t a great choice anyhow. Swimming pool and restaurant are not too clean so we ended up going out for breakfast.

− Facilities, common areas and service need improvement. Doors don’t shut properly and terrace door was missing a handle which means we had limited opportunity to even air out the room. Owner wasn’t very helpful re noise or smoke from neighbours which bothered us during our stay.

Location

− We left the Property after nine days, it was falsely advertised. It was dirty, mold under kitchen unit, food still stuck on walls, power point and light switch hanging out and it was very dark. Items were missing microwave and toaster. The pots and pan were warnout, took two days to get a replacement fry pan.

Piscine et spa le seul point positif de ce lieu

− L'appartement ne correspond à aucun point au charme de ces photos .Nous avons trouvé un tout autres aspect de ce lieu complètement dégradé , les normes de sécurité ne sont pas respecter ,( prise ,interrupteur) plaque de cuisson explosé, meuble de cuisine délabré, sanitaire salle et en très mauvais état, voir inutilisable . Seul pont positif ,la piscine et le spa . Déçu de cette location et les photos veulent dire la réalité, je ne comprends même pas les avis qui on été posté à ce jour qui ne reflètent en rien ce logement que je qualifierais même pas de residence

Comfort and good size apartment. Small grocery store in infront . Nearby many restaurants. Reception staff very nice. Owner was always available on WhatsApp. Everything was available like pans pots and plates and glasses.

− Some of the electric equipment needs maintenance like dishwasher. Microwave was missing.

الشقه دورين واسعه. لكن في الصور المساحه اكبر و نحن كنا سته اشخاص ثلاث غرف و حمامين الغرفه في الاسفل يوجد فيها فقط سرير يكفي شخصين وليس فيها خزانه و المطبخ فيه كل الاحتياجات وفناء خارجي. لكنه غير نظيف و غير مرتب و مسبح في الاعلي عام لسكان

− الغرفه السفليه غير كامله فقط سرير الفناء الخارجي غير نظيف و طلبنا خدمة تنظيف الحمامات و الشقه ومافي أجابه نحن قمنا بالتنظيف
