1.0− Contact met de eigenaar heel slecht. We waren al onderweg 7uur met de auto en bijna bij aankomst konden we het appartement niet in. He meerdere malen bericht gestuurd van de aankomsttijd en pas reactie na 4uur met tekst dat we er niet in konden. Niet boeken!

6.0Die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung ist toll. Die Ausstattung war neu und modern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
− Das die Wohnung kaum Tageslicht hat, das ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat zum Lüften. Wenig Messer und kein Backblech vorhanden. Gefrierfach war die Tür abgerissen. Duschkopf ließ sich nicht verstellen, daher kein Duschen im Stehen möglich, ohne die Brause festzuhalten. Lattenrost in einem Bett defekt. Unangenehmer Geruch in dem einen Bad. Die Infos, wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt ist, stimmte nicht. Es gab ein elektronisches Schloss. Das hat uns anfangs verwirrt, da der Code nicht das Kästchen mit dem. Schlüssel öffnen lies. Es hat etwas gestört, dass viele Verbote aufgeführt wurden und welche Kosten entstehen, bei Nichteinhaltung.

4.0The apartment is located on a prime location in Berlin. There are all sorts of restaurants around and U-Rosenthaler Platz is around the corner, making it super well connected.
− We were not provided with an internet connection, despite repeatedly requesting it, even though it was supposed to be included. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarettes smoke that persisted throughout our stay. All bathroom sinks were clogged, and the doors could not be locked. While the apartment is large, only one set of windows can be opened, making it impossible to ventilate the space properly.
