− Total ungepflegte Wohnung, Schimmel in der Dusche, Schimmel an der Decke des Bads, eingetrocknete Essensreste auf dem Esstisch, dreckige Fenster, Parkett völlig runter, stinkende Waschmaschine, Fliesenschild in der Küche verdreckt. Unbequeme Betten, auf keinen Fall wie beschrieben Boxspringbetten (falsche Fotos). Unten im Haus ist eine Kita, das scheint eher ein Drogenumschlagplatz zu sein, der Hauseingang ist völlig verdreckt.

− Es war etwas hellhörig, wenn die Nachbarn im Treppenhaus waren, verstanden wir alles. Aber von aussen kam kein Ton!👍🏼

8.0Nice apartment, clean, easy checkin and checkout, perfect location.
− No Air conditioning. With open windows sirens from emergency veichles are really loud.
Schöne Altbauwohnung in guter Lage
10.0Wir waren zum Konzert im Olympiastadion, somit war die Lage sehr praktisch, da es nicht zu weit entfernt war. Wir hatten einen Türcode erhalten, um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Das war sehr unkompliziert. Unser sehr freundlicher Vermieter war immer erreichbar. Es ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung, die gut eingerichtet ist, sodass man dort sehr gut mit allem nötigem versorgt ist. Es war dieses unfassbar heiße Wochenende mit 40 Grad in Berlin. Es gab ausreichend Ventilatoren in der Wohnung, sodass wir schlafen konnten. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ein tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank für alles! :-)

− 5 Stufen zum Fahrstuhl waren ein kleines Problem.
