Flot lejlighed med egen terrasse. God plads til en familie.

− Der kommer ikke så meget dagslys ind trods de store glaspartier. Der var 3 loftlamper der ikke virkede, wifi problemer men vi måtte bruge overboens wifi.

Located very close to a lot of Berlins major sights.

− There was a horrible smell that emanated from the main shower and the powder room in the entrance way and one of the toilets was not working. We believe that the smell from the bathroom made 2 out of 3 people in our travelling party ill during our stay. The accomodation lack some finesse in terms of finishing and furnishing. Likely needs professional cleaning and property management.

− Our stay at this so-called "luxury apartment" was a nightmare from start to finish. The listing grossly misrepresents the property, and the conditions we encountered were appalling, especially considering the hefty price we paid. First, the hygiene standards were abysmal. The kitchen was a health hazard with leftover food and rubbish from previous guests. A dirty, wet towel was left lying on the kitchen floor, and the provided towels were stained and of shockingly poor quality. Second, the property was riddled with broken and malfunctioning fixtures. Several lights didn't work, the second bathroom's toilet barely flushed, and the shower was so clogged it flooded the bathroom, forcing us to mop up with towels. The rooms were equally disappointing. The second bedroom had a poorly sealed window with plastic covering that let in cold air, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The master bedroom was plagued by a revolting pipe smell, rendering it uninhabitable. We were forced to sleep on the sofa, which itself was dirty, with wrinkled sheets and leftover coins from previous guests. The bedsheets in the master bedroom were also stained and looked like they hadn't been changed. To make matters worse, attempts to reach the property owner, Niklas, via Booking.com went unanswered. This complete lack of communication added to our frustration and left us feeling helpless during our stay. This property failed to meet even the most basic standards for cleanliness, comfort, and functionality, let alone the "luxury" it claimed to offer. I cannot stress enough how disappointing and frustrating this experience was. I have requested a full refund and sincerely hope Booking.com takes action to prevent other travelers from falling victim to such false advertising. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Lovely place. Location was perfect. We arrived late due to flight delays and Niklas arranged our late check in and allowed us to even check out a bit later.
