3.0The apartment was clean, warm and quiet.
− Things you should know before you book here. The main issue with the apartment is that it smells of tobacco smoke. The owners of the apartment live in a dwelling below and are clearly smokers. The smell rises to the top floor where the apartment is. The shower is in an alcove under the roof. You cannot fully stand up under the shower. The shower water was not overly warm. While clean and tidy, generally, the apartment, the building and surroundings are somewhat unkempt. There was no washing machine in the apartment despite it being listed as one of the facilities. The building is behind another dilapidated building, which has motorcycles and an old army truck in the garden. The building is accessed down a driveway past this building. Single females may not feel overly safe visiting the property late at night. While the area is a quiet and residential there did not seem to be any shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The nearest public transport is a bus, which is 10 minutes away.
Great place to stay for extended trips.
9.0Property was in a lovely residential area that feels incredibly safe. Relatively close to multiple bus stops. The property had everything it needed. Plenty of space and very clean.
− Limited head area in the shower, which may cause some trouble for taller visitors, but it wasn’t too bad. Located pretty far from most Berlin attractions. But the public transport is pretty good in Berlin, so I didn’t have any problem with this.

10.0Apartment large and comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The owner very helpful and friendly. Free parking on the street. Highly recommend, especially for those with a car.
This is a cosy little flat with very friendly hosts and close to public transport.
10.0The hosts are lovely, chatty and very helpful. The flat was quiet and cosy. It being winter and quite frosty, we reveled in the central heating. We chose the property because we wanted to be close to public transport. It is only a 10 min walk and buses come all the time. Only four stops to the shopping cen of Zehlendorf. All good as gold!
− Some smaller plates for breakfast and some small bowls for dessert would be useful. Oh, and maybe some small towels for drying hands in the bathroom.
