10.0Excellent location - close to places I needed. Many playgrounds in the area. Quiet. Had all necessary things in the kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer were amazing on a trip with three kids. Stroller, cot and baby chair - amazing. Smooth check in and check out.
− Please, keep some black tea, sugar and salt in the apartment. We arrived on a day off and i could barely survive until the morning without tea :))

− Dark first floor, on one side the window overlook the trash cans, on the other on the street where people are walking around, it feels like you're in the same room with them, so well you can hear them. The apartment is located in a former store, storefront instead of the wall does not give the feeling of safety. Dirty water left in the washing machine had to be scooped out myself. Very old and poor finish of the apartment left a bad impression.
