10.0The host was wonderful. Not the usual greeter, who was away during our stay, but she was wonderful as well. She gave great recommendations for a small nearby local restaurant that we went to every day and loved! Living area is very cute and comfy. Room was nice with all the requirements we'd want and some fresh fruits too! Great atmosphere, amazing location in the middle of the historical district and top of the hill. A little tucked away without any views, but great for the price.
− Stairway leading to the apartment is rather narrow and not for those with mobility issues. Narrow doorway that is the vibe of the area as a whole. Bed was quite noisy and I was tempted to sleep on the couch to not disturb my partner at night - the cough is much more comfortable than it looks for being made from pallets

9.0Staff very helpful. Kept our luggage on early arrival, showed us how to work coffeepot, beans provided. Lovely bowl of fruit much appreciated! Very clean and everything we needed in kitchen to make meals. Washer had nice short wash cycle. All supplies provided! Appreciated the 2 heaters as it gets very cool at night. Lots of very hot water. Followup by staff excellent. Great communication before and during stay.
