Amazing location. Extremely convenient to downtown. The AC was great considering we were in the middle of a heatwave. Very modern, washer and dryer works very well

− The bedrooms and living room were quite small. The air conditioning while very effective was not intuitive, ain't difficult to set. The code for the front door is apparently changed every month, and when we arrived on the 2nd the code that had been provided to us did not work. There was a doorman to let us in, but if it had been after hours it would have been difficult for us to get in at all

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore Lisbon on foot and by public transportation. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. The kitchen was well equipped, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge convenience. The building is well maintained and has daytime security, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is a great size for a couple with two children or two teenagers. The décor is modern and tasteful, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep well every night. Overall, with a few improvements to cleanliness and the bathrooms, this would be an excellent place to stay.

− Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom towels did not feel properly clean. They seemed worn out and did not absorb water well, so they should probably be replaced. The apartment, especially the bathrooms, did not feel as clean as we expected. We actually ended up vacuuming and doing some light cleaning ourselves after checking in. Another issue was the bathroom sinks. They are extremely small, making it almost impossible to wash your hands or face without splashing water all over the floor. Finally, it would be very helpful to install towel hooks on the bathroom walls. There is nowhere convenient to hang towels, which made the bathrooms less practical. With better cleaning, new towels, and a few small improvements, this apartment would provide a much better guest experience.

The place is updated and modern and really clean. The location is absolutely great! I loved the location and how the windows opened up into the plaza. The two bathrooms and washer/dryer combo machine came in handy as we were able to wash our clothes.

− I would of liked instruction sheet of paper for AC unit, where the pods were for the washer and dryer, but other than that no issues

A Calm Space in the Middle of Lisbon

I love the room layout! It's better than a basic hotel room because we had a living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry area. The layout and overall calming decor made it a perfect place to relax at the end of a day of walking. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to places of interest like Santa Justa Elevator, Rue Augusta arch, various monuments/plazas, Chiado area, among others. It was also near the meeting points for all the guided tours that we booked.

− First, we couldn't get into the room using the door lock system despite following the given instructions. But the owners were responsive and quick to remedy the situation until we got in. Second, the bed was too firm for our preference and we wish the pillows were bigger and of better quality. Lastly, in I'ma few small comforts would have been appreciated - box of facial tissue, a few bottles of still water for arriving guests who have yet to buy basic supplies.
