6.0Buona posizione per visitare una zona di Lisbona autentica, ottimi pastel de nata sotto casa, appartamento accogliente dotato di climatizzatore. Self check in
− Nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo. Asciugamani puzzolenti, uno addirittura vecchio e scolorito. Mancavano i teli doccia, c'erano solo 5 teli per le mani di cui uno per il bidet. Manico dell'asciugacapelli appiccicoso. Capelli dentro il cassetto della cucina. Non tutti gli appartamenti hanno il balcone, cosa che non si capisce bene dalle foto.

− El aire acondicionado nunca sirvió; la anfitriona recomendó no bajar la temperatura ya que podía saltar la térmica. Saltó igual Muchas manchas de humedad en el “ dormitorio “ 1,90x1,50, en el baño y en el comedor. Las tohallas rayadas de color …no dejan buena impresión. Conexión wifi mala e intermitente Sin TV Una tienda de pasteles debajo que lo hace ruidoso por demas

− La foto del salotto non corrisponde a realtà era più piccolo il letto un loculo..porta accesso serratura claudicante e molla di spinta durissima..bagno puzzava di muffa come intorno al letto
NOISY - avoid in June!
5.0It gives a local feel. The kitchen is compact and has a washing machine. The bathroom is really tiny.
− - there is no taxi access to this location and though the closest stop may be 200m away it’s all an uphill walk on cobbled streets. Then you tug your bags up to the room - the place is in the heart of alfama which is home to festivals in June. There ought to be a warning that it’s in the heart of loud partying that usually goes on till 6 am. The soundproofing claimed by the location is non-existent. Expect to get no sleep at all! Though I had booked for 4 nights I HAD TO MOVE OUT AFTER 1 night losing my full payment because it was impossible to sleep! The owner gave no information of the festival and offered no refund. BEWARE and do not stay here if you are visiting in June - the room itself looks bigger in the photos and is actually quite small in reality. Even 2 people feel like a tight fit!
The place, while small had everything we needed.
