El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a poca distancia del Buckingham Palace y de Victoria Station, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos por Londres. Además, hay varios supermercados muy cerca, algo muy práctico para la estancia. La casa es amplia, cómoda y estaba impecablemente limpia. Dispone de una cocina independiente muy bien equipada, ideal para preparar comidas con tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las zonas comunes resultan muy confortables, por lo que es una excelente opción tanto para familias como para grupos. En general, una estancia muy agradable en un alojamiento cómodo, bien situado y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en la ciudad. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos.

While the property did not meet our expectations nor feel representative of the pictures on booking.com, the property was spacious which can be very difficult to find in central London. However, the differed maintenance, poor quality finishing and difficult staff overshadowed the size.

− Unfortunately, the property failed to meet our expectations and in many ways, was a very poor quality stay. Firstly, I had requested an apt on a low floor when I booked the hotel since we were traveling with my 78 year old mother. While they could not promise it, they assured me they would try. When we arrived not only did we not have an apartment on the lower floor, we had an apartment on the highest floor requiring 5 steep flights of stairs. Additionally, the apartment itself was 2 stories and only had a bathroom on the upper floor. When we arrived the common area and staircases were in poor condition. Old carpet, scuffed walls, etc. The same was true for the apartment itself. It had mold in the showers, and one shower only worked if you really messed with it. The twin beds were smaller than usual and had to be pushed together otherwise the person in one of the beds felt like they were going to fall out. There were no end tables or cabinets to place items in the bedroom or the bathroom. My mom and my son had to stack their things in the hall on their suitcases. The apartment was also completely closed up eventhough it had been a heatwave for more than a week, making it absolutely unbearable inside, especially for an elderly person. We did have a few strong fans, luckily, but one was left broken in the hallway. The second apartment was somehow worse. When my family members checked in it was also closed up and hot, but they were only left with one fan for entire apartment and 4 people. They also had a broken toilet and stained towels. The worst part came when they went to complain. They had to go back and forth many times to get these things addressed, using up valuable vacation time. They were told to send a video of the broken toilet and that they only had to supply one fan, even though it was 90 F. It was all totally unacceptable. It was so much effort to get any of the issues addressed and the staff was often rude. I do not recommend it.

A wonderful central location very close to Victoria station and a lovely short walk to Green Park. Apartment clean, spacious and well equipped. Beautiful little balcony.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt in London sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

− Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Uns war vor der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Das Gebäude hat schmale Treppen, was in London zwar nicht unüblich ist, das Tragen schwerer Koffer bis in den dritten Stock aber dennoch sehr mühsam gemacht hat. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Zwar stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung, allerdings ließ er sich im Zimmer kaum sinnvoll anschließen. Als wir ihn benutzt haben, wurde zudem viel Staub aufgewirbelt, da er offenbar schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden war. Die Sauberkeit entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Im Badezimmer war eine deutliche Staubschicht zu sehen, die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig und auch die Wohnung wirkte insgesamt nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auch der Zustand der Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Seifenspender im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, ein Wasserhahn tropfte ständig, wenn er nicht ganz fest zugedreht wurde, und im zweiten Badezimmer spritzte das Wasser seitlich aus dem Hahn. In einem Badezimmer fehlten außerdem sowohl eine Steckdose als auch ein Spiegel. Mehrere Fenster hatten Risse oder Sprünge und ließen sich nur schwer oder gar nicht öffnen bzw. schließen. Zudem waren an verschiedenen Stellen deutliche Wasserflecken und Wasserschäden sichtbar. In der Küche wirkten einige Schränke und Einbauten eher provisorisch montiert und nicht besonders hochwertig verarbeitet. Im Wohnzimmer funktionierten außerdem die Jalousien nicht. Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir, dass all diese Mängel bei einem Preis von rund 2.200 € für fünf Nächte auftraten. Für diesen Preis hätten wir einen deutlich besseren Zustand der Unterkunft sowie eine gründlichere Reinigung erwartet. Mit etwas mehr Wartung, einer gründlicheren Reinigung und kleineren Reparaturen könnte diese Unterkunft deutlich angenehmer sein. Aufgrund der ausgezeichneten Lage hat sie viel Potenzial, entspricht in ihrem aktuellen Zustand jedoch leider nicht dem Stan
