10.0Me alojé en Notting Hill & Hyde Park en Londres con un grupo de 8 amigas y la experiencia fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es excelente: una zona preciosa, tranquila y muy bien comunicada, con varios buses a pocos pasos y el centro fácilmente accesible en 30 minutos. El alojamiento era exactamente igual que en las fotos, cuidado al detalle, espacioso y perfecto para un grupo grande como el nuestro. Todo estaba limpio y muy bien organizado, y nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Muy recomendable para quien quiera disfrutar de Londres con total comodidad y en una ubicación de calidad.

10.0We were a group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday, the apartment was perfect for our group and in a great location.
− There were 9 of us but only 6 chairs in the kitchen but we brought stools from the rooms to fit us all. Downstairs in the kitchen area was quite cold due to a gap by the front door letting cold air in.

1.0Nothing. You feel very unsafe as soon as you arrive at the house.
− Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The condition of the property did not meet expectations and felt poorly maintained. More importantly, we did not feel fully safe or comfortable during our stay. A major concern was the payment process. We were contacted outside of Booking.com and repeatedly asked to make payments through external methods, which felt unprofessional and raised serious trust issues. Communication was confusing and inconsistent, especially regarding payment terms, which changed multiple times. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress, and I would strongly recommend future guests to be cautious and ensure all communication and payments are handled strictly through the Booking.com platform.

9.0Echt een aanrader. Fantastich en ruim huis in een rustige en mooie wijk. Alle facilteiten in de onmiddellijke nabijheid. Via de metro (op wandelafstand) ben je in een wip in heel Londen. Thomas, de eigenaar, is via WhatsApp altijd bereikbaar en regelt alles.
− Jammer dat de eettafel net iets te klein is voor 10 personen. Maar dat maakt het dan weer gezellig. Voor het overige absoluut niet te klagen.

10.0The property was stunning. Just like in the pictures. It was really big and comfortable. The location was amazing. It is very well equipped with everything you might need in your stay. Furthermore the staff were lovely and really attentive.
