7.0Ubicación excelente. Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y limpio.
− No funcionaba la nevera. En verano, va bien, poder tener algo fresco si no te apetece cenar fuera o desayunar. Esto fue una contrariedad. Entiendo que el dueño no lo sabía y para futuros huéspedes lo habrá arreglado.
Menos mal que solo era para dormir

− El aire acondicionado no funcionó en los dos días. La nevera estaba abierta y se había formado hielo en el congelador, tuvimos que sacar los cajones si no, no cerraba, algún interruptor estropeado y lámparas fundidas

8.0Very spacious , clean , even though we didn’t use the kitchen very much it is well equipped. Did appreciate the cloth washer that’s was a big win for us. Safe walkable area. Lots of restaurants and easy access to public transportation.

8.0O apartamento é muito bom, confortável, limpo e bem localizado. O prédio conta com 2 ótimos elevadores e uma boa vizinhança. Bom custo benefício.
− Da grosseria do sr. Alejandro de Lauria conosco. Perguntamos educadamente se poderíamos pagar meia diária para ficarmos até mais tarde, um funcionário muito solicito gentilmente nos concedeu um tempo maior no apartamento, já que somos idosos e ficamos uma semana no apartamento. No entanto, logo depois veio uma mensagem grosseira e cheia de adjetivos do sr. Alejandro Lauria negando a cortesia e exigindo que deveríamos pagar outra diária completa. Esse senhor deve ter acostumado a falar assim com idosos e por isso não os indico para o apartamento.
