J'ai adoré cet appartement, sa situation, sa propreté 🥰 Les cinq étages restent indolores quand on découvre la vue sur les toits. On se sent comme à la maison. Tiziana et Alessandro sont adorables et toujours d'une grande disponibilité. Merci pour tout  Lydue

Apartment was fine but would not stay there again because of the stairs.

Centrally located, apartment was very clean and comfortable.

− Walking up 5 flights of very narrow stairs and the last flight had no handrail. Not very safe especially hauling luggage.

Basic apartment with an incredible view

This apartment is all about the view. The terrace was perfect and where we spent all of our time at the apartment. The location is also wonderful, so close to the hustle of St. Mark's square, but also enough removed that it's quite quiet in the apartment. It is centrally located and easy to get to other spots on the island as well as only a 4 minute walk to the closest ferry dock. There is also air conditioning in the unit which is perfect for those hot days and walking up the five flights up stairs.

− The apartment itself is quite basic, if you rent this place it will be for the terrace and it's beautiful view. My partner and I would have benefitted from more than just two towels and four coffee pods over our 4 night stay. If you need darkness to sleep then I suggest bringing an eye mask, the curtains allow a lot of light in but this could easily be remedied by adding another panel or two. There were directions in the apartment that stated garbage needed to be brought to the garbage collection site upon check-out; however, I had to direct message the owner to get more information about where exactly this was. It turns out the depot is a few streets away which felt like an unreasonable ask when already paying a cleaning fee.
