8.0スタッフの対応がスピーディーで親切でした。部屋は清潔。水回りもしっかりしていました。ロケーションも便利でした。
− 入ってすぐが階段。事前に知ることができればよかった。洗濯機や食洗機は使わなかったが、日本人だと使い方がわからない場合もあるだろうから、取り扱い説明書を置くなどの対応があれば良い。ロケーションが良いことの裏返しなのですが、夜が結構賑やか。

− There was a staircase leading up to the apartment which was a bit hard to go up and down to. Kitchen area was a bit smaller than we had imagined from the picture

− The fact that I had to get up and make tea three mornings in a row but that is not the fault of the apartment. Venice is expensive but this felt like an experience not just a bed for the night.
